I look at communication as more than words on a page. I pay attention to the invisible dynamics around behaviour, perception and trust so the strategy reflects both the message and the human reality behind it.I do not start by looking at what others are doing. I start with you: who you are, what you want to achieve and the context around you. For me, authenticity and coherence are essential, so the way you communicate should reflect who you are and where you want to go rather than simply follow what is already being done around you. I then look at the possibilities and connections that could make a difference and often find opportunities that are not immediately obvious.During mentoring sessions and training, I believe that we learn more by doing than by simply listening. I like people to participate, question, explore and sometimes step outside their comfort zone. That is often where the most interesting things happen.
