Why I wrote it
I have spent more than two decades observing how communication, behaviour and context shape the way people connect, perceive and make decisions.
Over the years, I became increasingly interested in the dynamics that influence what happens beneath the surface: the signals we notice, the ones we miss and the way they shape perception, trust and leadership.
Invisible Dynamics brings these observations together into a practical framework for understanding the relationship between what we communicate, how it is perceived and what happens as a result.
The space between what we say and what others perceive is where many of the most important dynamics take place.
