Strategic brand communication

I mainly work with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, founders of growing companies, boards and influential figures, as well as organisations across different sizes and sectors navigating important moments of change, growth or transformation.I am particularly brought in when strategy, communication, leadership positioning and stakeholder perception need to be better aligned, often in complex or international environments.
I look at communication as more than words on a page. I pay attention to the invisible dynamics around behaviour, perception and trust so the strategy reflects both the message and the human reality behind it.I do not start by looking at what others are doing. I start with you: who you are, what you want to achieve and the context around you. For me, authenticity and coherence are essential, so the way you communicate should reflect who you are and where you want to go rather than simply follow what is already being done around you. I then look at the possibilities and connections that could make a difference and often find opportunities that are not immediately obvious.During mentoring sessions and training, I believe that we learn more by doing than by simply listening. I like people to participate, question, explore and sometimes step outside their comfort zone. That is often where the most interesting things happen.
Once a session, meeting or engagement has been scheduled, the time is reserved specifically for you.If you need to cancel or reschedule, you should give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will remain chargeable, except in cases of genuine force majeure. For engagements involving travel or other arrangements made specifically for the client, any related cancellation terms and expenses are agreed in advance as part of the engagement.
I look at executive communication within the wider strategic context of the organisation.I consider its long-term direction, leadership positioning, organisational identity and stakeholder expectations to understand where alignment may be needed. The aim is to help ensure that what leadership communicates and how the organisation behaves support a clear and coherent position over time while remaining consistent with the expectations of the board and executive leadership.
I work alongside existing leadership teams and structures while taking the time to understand the organisation’s context, decision-making processes and internal dynamics. My involvement is adapted to what is already in place with clear touchpoints and agreed boundaries. This allows me to bring an external strategic perspective and identify where the real disconnect may sit without creating unnecessary disruption to ongoing operations or established responsibilities.
There is no fixed timeframe or standard engagement model.Board-level advisory can range from focused support around a specific situation or milestone to longer-term strategic involvement. Following an initial conversation we define the scope, duration, level of involvement and working arrangements according to the organisation’s needs and priorities. The agreed approach is then formalised in the relevant agreement.
